Program Type- Surface Transportation Block Grant; S.R. 57 (Poplar Avenue), Culvert Replacements-Phase V; Parallel Roads/Facilities (Storm drain replacement); Project Length: 0.004 miles

The work under this contract shall be addressed and undertaken in two (2) separate phases; Phase 1 - Fall 2025 and Phase 2 - Spring 2026. Both phases will be within the Town of Collierville’s Fiscal Year 2026.

The work to be done consists of furnishing and delivering all equipment, materials and labor necessary to provide for a one and one half (1 1/2) inch asphalt surface course on the project streets listed in the bid package. A one (1) inch leveling course will be required on several streets. There also will be additional patching for some streets for any failed areas that will be identified by the Engineer.

The construction of approximately 0.6 miles of new 2-lane roadway construction and all associated grading and drainage work.

The “Work” of this contract is to rehab a four lane vehicle service road at Memphis International Airport.

Project consists of: Resurfacing sections of Cherry Rd., Waring Rd., Tutwiler Ave., Willow Rd., and Macon Rd.

Resurfacing Various Streets. Project Length: 1.833 Miles

This project consists of repairing the parking surface subgrade and asphalt milling at Collierville Town Hall and overlaying with 1.5” of new surface asphalt. Also included in this project is restriping of the parking area, removal of concrete curb & gutter and sidewalk and installation of ADA compliant curb ramps and sidewalk.

Demolition, earthwork, and utility extensions associated with the development of site and construction of future hangar development area.
