Sealed bids for NORTH APRON REHABILITATION – PHASE 2, to be constructed for WEST MEMPHIS MUNICIPAL AIRPORT COMMISSION will be received at the office of the WEST MEMPHIS MUNICIPAL AIRPORT COMMISSION and addressed to 737 South Airport Road, West Memphis, Arkansas 72301, until 9:30AM on Wednesday, May 21, 2025 at which time the bids shall be publicly opened and read aloud. Sealed bids submitted prior to the bid opening should be sent to West Memphis Municipal Airport Commission, 737 South Airport Road, West Memphis, Arkansas 72301, Attn: Candra Suiter, Airport Manager.
Pre-Bid Information:
An Optional Pre-Bid Conference will be held on Wednesday, May 7, 2025 at 9:30AM at the West Memphis Municipal Airport Terminal Building, 737 South Airport Road, West Memphis, Arkansas 72301. Information regarding the virtual meeting will be sent out to all plan holders one week prior to the meeting time. Potential bidders not on the plan holder list may request access to the pre-bid conference by contacting Susana Cook, SMCook@GarverUSA.com. Each bidder shall be limited to three personnel per organization.
